April 16, 2024From the moment I first set foot in the place and how friendly I was greeted at the entrance, I knew that My Optometry would be my go-to optical store in Cyberjaya for everything eye-related: spectacles shopping, cleaning and readjusting, eye checkups; you name it. The ambience here is always inviting and comfortable, thanks in huge part to their optometrists Ms Fatin and Ms Aznira for their incredibly warm hospitality, professionalism and customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for reliable and comprehensive optometric vision care in Cyberjaya.

November 16, 2023I had a fantastic experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff - Kim greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. Kim was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my eye exam. They had a wide selection of frames to choose from, and Kim helped me find the perfect pair that suited my style and prescription; as well as the contact lenses (my first time wearing contact lenses but I feel confident in it as Kim guided me step-by-step) 🙂 Overall, the customer service was exceptional, and I can't wait to visit again for my next eye check-up. Highly recommended!

September 16, 2023I was very pleased with the thorough and educational explanations by Ms Faten during the comprehensive eye examination. Would return when I need another check. I am also happy to note that after a week of daily use, the Hylo Dual Intense eye drop recommended by her have helped reduced the dryness and chronic fatigue I feel due to long hours of daily screen use.
